Thoughtful, Seamless, Comprehensive Care
Full mouth reconstruction often involves multiple phases of treatment, and we plan them out carefully, never rushing the result. Our dentist in New Haven, CT, will carefully evaluate precisely what’s needed for your care, from gum health to bite alignment and restorations, so your outcome will be precisely tailored to you, not overdone.
Confidence That Changes How You Show Up In The World
Teeth that are worn down, unstable, or uncomfortable can affect much more than chewing. Full mouth reconstruction patients often arrive feeling frustrated or self-conscious. Dental Benefits
Since full mouth reconstruction is focused on the health and wellness of your teeth, gums, and jaw, some restorative procedures may be covered, in part, by your dental benefits. Our team can help you navigate insurance and financing during your consultation.
Flexible Financing Available
For patients that don't have insurance or are getting procedures that aren't covered by insurance, we accept CareCredit®, and Alpheon financing among others. These financing services allow patients to divide the cost of treatment into manageable monthly payments.
Multi-Procedure Discount
Our office offers discounts to patients that receive multiple procedures. With full mouth reconstruction, various procedures are combined to give you your desired outcome. Combining procedures at once can save you more than spacing out treatment.

Types of Full Mouth
Reconstruction Procedures
Dr. Lerch and her team in New Haven, CT, love teeth. We want your new smile to feel natural, which is why we often focus on restoring your oral health with fixed restorations rather than removable dentures. To achieve this mission, we offer various dental procedures:
Dental Implants
Dental implants are an excellent restoration option to permanently replace a missing tooth and protect the patient's jaw from bone deterioration and shifting teeth. Dr. N. Summer Lerch works with Dr. Brian Evans when placing implants. Dr. Evans is a prosthodontist known for his work as an implant specialist. Our dentist can see if implants are the correct procedure for you during your consultation.
Dental Crowns
Dental crowns are a great solution for repairing a damaged tooth or replacing a missing tooth. Our crowns can be implant-supported to provide a stable structure that feels and looks like your natural teeth. Our porcelain material mimics natural enamel and is highly durable. Our office works with a skilled lab nearby to craft your custom dental crown in three weeks.
Gum Disease Treatment
Gum disease can quickly spread and lead to other dental health problems if not dealt with immediately. Our office uses lasers to access and remove the infected gum tissue around your tooth. We can then remove the built-up plaque along your gumline. In some cases, we use localized antibiotics to clear the mouth of gum disease. If you have gum disease, treatment is necessary before receiving other dental procedures.
Implant-Supported Dentures
The Center for Esthetic Dentistry believes in implant-supported crowns, bridges, and dentures for proper restoration of the smile. Our dentist can replace one tooth with an implant-supported crown, multiple teeth with an implant-supported dental bridge, or a full-arch of teeth with implant-supported dentures. Implant-supported restorations are more sturdy and permanent than traditional dentures.
